Communications Policy


In order to receive AHHA email communications, it is the responsibility of homeowners and non-owner residents to ensure we have your current email address. You may provide this information via email to antiochhills@gmail.com.

AHHA communications are generally limited to meeting and billing notices, as well as periodic newsletters. To the extent possible, notices will be sent via electronic means primarily email. For this purpose, AHHA keeps a current email list of AHHA homeowners and rental residents.

Some information will also be published on our website (www.antiochhills.org). In addition, you are welcome to join and share on our Facebook group (Antioch Hills Homes Association (AHHA) Merriam, KS).

If you do not have email access, please contact us so we may discuss alternate means for delivery of required notices.
